I’ve been giving pointers to Brian, my new Realtor, about looking professional in his online activities. In my usual presumptuous fashion, I offered to help by pointing out things he was doing wrong, why I thought they were wrong, and how I would do it. Wow, I’m a jerk, huh?

But really, a lot of people over-complicate things, I think. Like I told him, I’ve always felt (as did Einstein) that the simplest solution is the best.

Here’s the rules that I feel are good enough to publish. What do you think? Am I missing something? Am I just plain wrong? Let me know!
